How do I contact a human?

Use the contact form and choose “App support”. Including your device, OS version and app version gets you a useful reply first time.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Submit a request through the data deletion route. We verify ownership of the account or device before acting on any request.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app’s Settings, choose Restore Purchases and sign in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple’s reportaproblem service rather than directly from us.
