The Challenge

Sony required a secure and high-performance mobile app to support their Certops platform, used for internal operations. The app needed to seamlessly integrate with private APIs, ensuring secure data exchange and real-time functionality. Additionally, a multi-language support system was essential, including full translation into Japanese to accommodate Sony’s global teams. The project demanded a highly optimized and user-friendly interface while maintaining strict security protocols for handling sensitive internal data.

What we did

We worked closely with Sony to develop a fully integrated, secure, and scalable Certops app, ensuring smooth communication with their private APIs for data retrieval and system interactions. A key focus was implementing a robust translation system, allowing the app to support multiple languages, with Japanese localization tailored for Sony’s internal teams in Japan.

To enhance usability, we refined the UI and UX, ensuring an intuitive experience that aligned with Sony’s internal workflow. Security was also a top priority, with strict access controls, encrypted data transmission, and compliance with corporate security standards. Through continuous collaboration and iteration, we delivered a highly efficient, multi-language, and API-driven solution that seamlessly fit into Sony’s internal ecosystem.
