The Challenge

Footasylum needed a robust and engaging mobile shopping experience to enhance customer retention and drive sales. They required new Rewards Scheme screens seamlessly integrated with their existing loyalty system, ensuring users could easily track and redeem points. Additionally, the app needed advanced analytics implementation to monitor user behavior, including abandoned carts and conversion tracking, helping refine marketing and engagement strategies.

Integration with their CMS system was also a key requirement, allowing for dynamic content updates and personalized promotions. Beyond this, the project involved performance optimizations, feature enhancements, and overall UX improvements to create a smoother, more intuitive shopping journey for users

What we did

Over four years, we worked closely with Footasylum to continually evolve and enhance their mobile app, implementing new features, refining the user experience, and optimizing performance. Our development process was driven by an iterative approach, ensuring each update aligned with both business goals and user needs.

We began by integrating a Rewards Scheme into the app, developing intuitive UI screens that allowed users to track and redeem points effortlessly. Alongside this, we implemented advanced analytics tracking, providing insights into user behavior, such as abandoned carts, conversion rates, and engagement trends, helping Footasylum refine their marketing and retention strategies.

Throughout the project, we continuously improved the UI/UX, ensuring seamless navigation, updated design elements, and a frictionless shopping experience. We also integrated the app with Footasylum’s CMS, enabling dynamic content updates, personalized promotions, and a more flexible management system.
